How do I prepare for my reiki session?

Think comfort...

 

          - Arrive for your session wearing loose comfortable clothing with shoes that are easily removable.

 

          - If you have an intention for your session, take a few moments to focus on that intention.

​

          - Do not consume alcohol or a heavy meal prior to your session. 

 

After our session...

 

          - Hydrate.

 

          - Make sure that you do not have anything stressful planned for the rest of the day.  If                  possible, go for a walk in nature or nap.
